Answers to common questions, and how to reach us.
How do I select a word?
Press on the first letter and drag through the word: across, down, or diagonally, in either direction. Lift your finger on the last letter. If it matches one of the puzzle words, it locks in and its definition appears.
Where do the words and definitions come from?
Word Puzzle includes a bundled library of 3,707 English words, each with a concise definition. The words are grouped into 507 themed sets, such as movement, weather, art, and communication.
How do coins and hints work?
You earn coins each time you solve a puzzle. Spend them on a hint to reveal the starting letter of a word you have not found yet. You start with a small balance, so you can try hints right away.
What's free, and what's Pro?
Free lets you start one new puzzle each day. Found words, review quizzes, statistics, streaks, coins, hints, and achievements remain available. You can also try each learning mode once. Word Puzzle Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks the 204-set extended collection, unlimited new puzzles, and continued use of both learning modes. Apple shows the current local billed amount before purchase.
I bought Pro but it is not showing. What do I do?
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Pro is tied to your Apple ID, so it restores on any device signed in with the same account. If it still does not appear, email us.
Does Word Puzzle work offline?
Core puzzles, definitions, review, and local progress work offline because the word library ships with the app. An internet connection is needed to load, buy, restore, or refresh Word Puzzle Pro through Apple and RevenueCat.
Why do the puzzle words stay in English when the interface is localized?
The app localizes its navigation, controls, instructions, settings, and category titles. The words and definitions intentionally remain in English because they are the vocabulary content you are finding and reviewing.
Still stuck, or found a bug?
Email us. The fastest way is the in-app Settings → Support, or write directly to support@studioam.art. If a word has a wrong or missing definition, tell us and we will fix it.
