Private, on-device AI
That is the whole difference. Your notes, your writing and your voice are read by software running on hardware you own, so there is nothing in transit to intercept and no account to make. It costs us something. The app has to check your device can run the model, a few need a one-time download, and a phone will never be as quick as a rack of servers. We think that trade is the right way round.

About
One of us builds software: mobile apps and web services. The other makes visuals: painting, illustration, design and the occasional game. Some of that work ships inside the apps, some stands on its own. We share this site to publish what we ship, on our own time and at our own pace.
