Where is my travel data stored?

On your device. Roambook never uploads your trips, photos, notes, or locations to a Studio AM server. There is no account and nothing to sign into. Trip records leave only when you choose an export or backup destination. Place-search queries go to Apple Maps, and an external web search opens only when you tap it.

How do I log a trip?

Create a trip, then add photos, notes, dates, and places as you go. Everything for a trip gathers into one timeline you can revisit later: no folders to manage, no cloud to sync.

Can I export my trips?

Yes. Roambook is built around a clean export: your travel history comes out in a portable form whenever you want it, for backup, for yourself, or to hand to any AI tool you choose to turn it into insight. You stay in control of where it goes.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Core logging, browsing saved text and photos, editing, reminders, and exports work without a connection. Apple Maps place search or uncached map tiles, App Store purchases, and any web search you explicitly open need a connection. Apple Intelligence features run on-device after Apple’s model is available.

What's free, and what's Pro?

The free app supports three trips and three shared on-device AI uses per month. Roambook Pro (a one-time purchase, not a subscription) adds unlimited trips and AI assists, Markdown export, and PDF reports. It is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on devices using that account.

Does it track me?

No. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no data selling. Roambook has no servers of its own; your records live on your device.
