Privacy Policy

There is nothing to collect. Safe Crosswalk contains no networking code whatsoever: no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no ads, no third-party SDKs. It cannot send data anywhere because it has no way to send anything at all.

1. Information we collect

None. The app requires no account, email, or identifier. It does not ask for your location, your contacts, your photos, or your microphone. It does not know who you are and has no way to find out.

2. What is stored on your device

Exactly three settings, held in the app's own preferences on your device:

• which alert mode you chose (light, light and sound, or sound);
• your flash rate;
• whether you have seen the first-run notice.

That is the complete list. There is no history, no log of when or where you used the app, and no record of anything you did with it. Deleting the app removes these three values.

3. Location

Safe Crosswalk does not use location services. It does not know which crossing you are at, and it never asks.

4. Camera, microphone, and the torch

The app switches your device's torch on and off. On iOS, controlling the torch does not require camera access, and the app never opens a camera session, never captures an image, and never records audio. It does not request camera or microphone permission, because it needs neither.

5. Analytics and advertising

There are none. No analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no attribution framework, no advertising identifier, no tracking of any kind.

6. Children

Because the app collects no information from anyone, it collects none from children either.

7. Changes to this policy

If a future version ever adds a feature that touches data, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described in plain language rather than buried.
